We all know that water is vital to a healthy life, but how much water should we be drinking each day?

In this video our Osteopath Iva shares lots of tips and hints when it comes to drinking water and staying hydrated.

In one of your very first meetings with your practitioner they will ask you about how much water you drink each day. Why? Well, keeping yourself hydrated can help keep back pain at bay by ensuring that the joints in your spine are able to move optimally. If the discs within your spine become dehydrated, they lose the ability to provide that spongy cushion between the joints, causing pain and discomfort.

Headaches can also be avoided by ensuring you are drinking enough water.
