A Spring in Your Step
Isn’t it wonderful to see some sunshine?! There’s something about seeing all of the snowdrops, crocuses and even the beginning of the daffodils peeking through the soil that makes us all feel a little bit hopeful that Spring is well on the way.
Well, we are certainly feeling that way at Banchory Spinal Health. Whilst bouncing some ideas around in our team Whatsapp chat recently, it became apparent that team BSH felt like we needed a little injection of motivation to help us all feel a little bit fitter; after what felt like quite a long winter! Kerry (one of our superstar Massage Therapists) has a strong drive and passion to stay fit and healthy – she is also a qualified personal trainer – and offered to do some workout videos for the team.
An idea is born…
I wondered… would it be fair to keep these awesome videos and Kerry’s desire to help others to ourselves?… Therefore an idea was born!
Of course Kerry was happy to help. So today, we have launched our “Spring Fitness Challenge” and we are inviting all of you to get involved and do the workouts with us from your own homes.
Things you need to know:
- All the workouts are free to view on our YouTube channel
- You don’t need any fancy equipment (but feel free to add weights if you want!)
- New workouts are available from 5am every weekday in March.
- The whole BSH team is also committing to this! You are not alone!
Day 1 is HERE, and each new day we invite all of you to share a #sweatyselfie with us for the chance to win a special BSH fitness goody bag at the end of our challenge!
