If you are currently attending the clinic, your practitioner or therapist will almost certainly give you some stretches to do at home. These are to help continue your recovery and prevent injury from happening again.
It is important not to over-do it when it comes to stretches, and to follow the plan that has been recommended for you by your practitioner or therapist as this will have been tailored to your stage of care.
