It is really important to keep hydrated after your massage. drinking plenty helps flush out some of the toxins in your bodies, keeping you feeling better for longer. It is also advised to rest and avoid physical activity if possible. Your muscles have just been worked and manipulated, similar to a workout, therefore partaking in any strenuous activity may cause injury. Take the time to relax and enjoy, you will feel better for it.
